Yorba Linda Condo

I was contacted by a gentleman concerning activity at his condo and after asking some questions I found out that his Fiancee died in the living room 2 years ago and he came home to find her with their toddler son sitting between her feet. I believe she died of heart failure. He now has a new fiancee and tells of himself and witnesses seeing things move on their own and one time with friends over had a Teddy bear speak (PEEK A BOO I SEE YOU) upon which time he checked the bear and it had no batteries inside. He told of a Direct TV installer going up into the attic and coming down before he was finished and said he wouldn't go back up there because something grabbed his shoulders. I understand the trauma of an incident like this happening so if it was just him that saw or experienced things then I would say he created it but there were others that had experiences also. They became so afraid that they had to vacate the condo and find a new home. This is where we came in and investigated. I don't know if his moving removed the activity or that she just decided to move on but after Hilber,Stacy,Katie,and myself investigated we concluded that there was nothing of scientific value to prove a haunting. I could post photos and audio but we found nothing in them to prove any haunting. Conclusion on this case is---Not Haunted
