It looks like a guy wearing a jacket todays style and you can see a wedding band .I don't know it doesn't look like someone from way back when....Who knows??? Diana
I think you exactly correct Diana. Even though the man who took the picyure says nobody was around that area I have seen this before when a shutter problem occured during movement. On the other hand I went there and tried to recreate this effect and could not so it might be something that i can't explain but only guess at.
