Fort MacArthur 2-4-08
We had heard reports from people who have worked in the tunnels of hearing footsteps and upon checking found no one else there. When I speak of tunnels I am generally referring to most of the museum area and corresponding underground facilities. Myself and Hilber made a pre-investigation visit in the daytime so as to know the outside areas and get some photos for future comparison. With the size of the area to check we had to limit ourselves to hand held equipment. The lack of convenient power sources would have made it very hard to set up I.R. cameras.
We did run I.R. on our handheld sony besides taking a couple of hundred digital photos and some evp sessions. Temp.readings were consistant since we were underground. After searching the museum and turret and gun placement areas we took a walk around the grounds to some of the buildings that were used for ordinance storage and other uses that we don't know of. We also went up the hill to an area with a native american circle of worship. Below are some of the orbs that we captured in diffent areas. Even though there are many orbs these in thereselves are not enough to prove activity. So we must at this time until a future investigation (hopefully under the bell) say we found no conclusive proof of paranormal activity. Some of the pics from walking around are in or near areas where deaths have occurred and may reflect some activity on the grounds. All in all this is a wonderful museum and a great part of history that everyone who gets a chance to see should. It is being maintained by staff that honestly care for the preservation of this museum. We would like to thank Steve Nelson (Director) for giving us this chance to maybe add a little more to the history of Fort MacArthur. The next pic was not reduced so that you may see the light anomoly in it. This is one of the pillboxes that is very dark inside and I have never seen a flash cause such an anomoly before. Please look and I'm open to explanations. From the tail of light behind it it seems to be moving rather fast.
Here is a shot from Kelly where i tried to get an orb in my hand. No I don't actually see it.

of the orbs we captured seemed to be dust orbs.
